Keith: The number one thing I do in the morning is to get dressed and take a super-short speed-walk. I think about my day and the things I want to accomplish, breath deep and stand tall & straight. It really makes a difference! Another fun thing you might do is to get a rebounder and jump, or get a yo-yo or powerball and play with it, etc. Watering plants is another relaxing thing to do, if you can listen to music during it.

But basically, you can just start the day with the easiest task on your to-do list to get in the pace and feel productive and motivated quickly.
