We understand that everyone is different, and that's why we allow you to fully customize priorities, task types, statuses, and contexts. Work your way.
Customize priorities
Use the menu Manage - Priorities... to customize the priorities used in Swift To-Do List.
Customize task types
To customize task types, use Manage - Types...
Customize statuses
Statuses can be fully customized with by using menu Manage - Statuses...
Customize contexts
Customize contexts with Manage - Contexts...
And by the way...
You can just use the default values. Customization is optional.
You also do not have to use Priorities, Types, Contexts or Statuses at all. You can simply hide these features completely. No other task management program offers this incredible flexibility!
