How do I get started with Swift To-Do List?

  • Download and install Swift To-Do List, then start it. Swift To-Do List is very easy to understand and use. Everything is intuitive.
  • Quick Start Guide wizard will be shown on the first start. It will guide you through the program basics. You can also display it later using Help - Quick Start Guide.
  • You can also read the Help file available from Help menu.
  • If you have any problem or question, you are more than welcome to contact us.

What is the difference between Swift To-Do List Standard and Professional?

Does Swift To-Do List support Windows 7 (and Vista)?

  • Yes. Swift To-Do List fully supports Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows 2000, both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Do you have a Windows Mobile / iPhone / BlackBerry version of Swift To-Do List?

  • Swift To-Do List 7 is for Windows only. We plan mobile editions of Swift To-Do List in the future.
  • We also have Swift To-Do List Online which can be used from any internet browser on any system, including Mac. See Swift To-Do List Online website for more info.

Can Swift To-Do List be used by multiple users at the same time?

  • No, Swift To-Do List 7 is single user only, however, we offer Swift To-Do List Online which has full multi-user support. See more at its website.
  • Also please note that Swift To-Do List 7 Professional has "Email Task" feature that allows you to assign and email tasks to others.

What is Swift To-Do List Online?

  • Swift To-Do List Online is a web-based task management software with full multi-user support. It can be used from any computer, using any web browser. See Swift To-Do List Online website for more info. Currently, you can import your tasks from Swift To-Do List 7 into Swift To-Do List Online, but you can't export them back (we are working on it).

How can I move (transfer) Swift To-Do List to another computer?

  • Install Swift To-Do List on the new computer (you can Download it from our website)
  • Then copy over the database file (it has .stdl extension) with your tasks to the new computer.
  • Tip: You can use File - Copy (Backup) Database to get the actual copy of your database.
  • Open the database on the new computer. You will be asked if you want to make it the default database - select Yes.
  • After that, simply uninstall Swift To-Do List from your old computer, and unlock Swift To-Do List on your new computer with your license code. If you have lost it, we can resend it to you - contact us.

Do I require admin account to install or run Swift To-Do List?

  • No. Swift To-Do List can be installed and used without admin privileges.

How do I install an update?

Updating your Swift To-Do List couldn't be simpler!

There is only one single installer of Swift To-Do List - it is for trial, full version, and updates - all in one exe setup file.

You can also use Help - Chek for Updates directly in Swift To-Do List. If a newer version is available, click the Download button, which will take you to the download page on our webite.
