Why choose Swift To-Do List? (12 reasons)

We understand that saying that “Swift To-Do List is the number one to-do list software for Windows” is a very bold statement. Here are some reasons behind that statement. But as with all things in life, you have to decide for yourself – why not Download the free trial now?

1. It couldn’t be easier to use

User is the most important person in the world for us. We hate complex programs that waste time of their users. We always strive to make things as easy as possible – which is actually much harder than creating complicated bloatware. Creating easy to use yet powerful programs is one of the greatest challenges of software development. Perhaps that’s the main reason why Swift To-Do List stands out from the crowd.

2. Very flexible and customizable

You don’t have to subdue to someone else’s idea what a to-do list is. Swift To-Do List allows you to work your way. It is extremely flexible and customizable to suit your unique personal needs at any moment.

3. Proven, evolved design

Because Swift To-Do List has been in development for more than 5 years and because we’ve collected feedback from thousands of users, the design of Swift To-Do List 7 is exceptionally refined and well thought-out. We are constantly learning all we can from our users to improve it even more. We’ve succeeded in our main design objective: Using Swift To-Do List makes people happy. How do we know? They tell us.

4. Feature-rich product

We think that the best features are features that you even don’t know about, yet they make your life better. Swift To-Do List is packed full of such features. It also has all the other features that you would expect. It can do everything you need it to do (in some way), and if not, it most likely will one day.

5. Excellent and fast support

Our philosophy can be summarized like this: If you are experiencing any trouble, it’s our fault. We usually reply in just a couple of hours (in 24 hours at worst) – never later! If you don’t believe it, you can just contact us and try it :)

6. Maniacal attention to detail

We care. Are are obsessed with the little things, because it is the mosaic of the little things that make up the overall user experience – which is the most important thing to us. You won’t find any sloppy areas in Swift To-Do List. (For example, we’ve written our own ListView component for the Task-View, instead of using the default one from Microsoft which is not so great. Our ListView component has more than 40.000 lines of code and it is there just to make the program easier and more pleasant to use. We simply couldn’t accept suboptimal solutions like everyone else.)

7. Active development and bright future

Swift To-Do List is under active development and many exciting new features, add-ons and complementary products are coming soon. Specifically, we are working on many new features, a companion web-based app, mobile access, LAN team edition, and more.

8. Unconditional 90-day money back guarantee

That is right: If you are not amazingly happy, we simply do not want your money.

9. User-driven development (= we listen to you)

Most of features in Swift To-Do List have been suggested by our users. Opinions and wishes of our users are sacred to us. We are always counting votes for new features, so we know what features to add next. Never hesitate to contact us with your suggestions.

10. Exhaustive competitive research

Even though we have thoroughly researched more than 40 competing products over the years, we still haven’t discovered any better task list manager or to-do app. If you think you have, please post its name in comments so we can check it out!

11. Our main main goal is to be the Number One

And we will never stop pursuing it. Make no mistake that extreme effort lies behind Swift To-Do List 7, and we are pouring in more and more hard work to make it even better.

12. People love Swift To-Do List

The abundant testimonials from our customers reflect this well. We’ve published only small fraction of the praise that we constantly receive. In fact, “I love Swift To-Do List” might just be the most common way in which our users begin emails sent to us :)

As you can see, we are really proud of our work. If you think we shouldn’t be, tell us! We are always looking for improvement.

  9. Blake Baird says:

Can or should the List be used as a phone book with notes for each contact. I am thinking about PIMEX, which I use now. It is not very good or flexible. If it can be used, could PIMEX or other data be imported? Thanks.
